AshKWHO KNEW THAT Focal made ‘phones? The French loudspeaker manufacturer offers a huge range of speakers from entry-level to the scary top of the high-end, but the Spirit One headphones are something new for music lovers to lust after.
These new ‘phones are finished in brushed aluminium and feature 40mm Mylar/Titanium drivers which boast a claimed frequency response from a mighty low 6Hz to 22kHz. As a nice touch, they come with a 1.2m cable with an aluminum remote control for iPhones and iPads plus a 1.4m cable for all other 3.5mm-equipped devices.
They’re shipped with a hard storage case, a flexible transport case, an aircraft adapter and a 3.5mm /6.35mm jack adapter.
The Spirit One’s just won the EISA 2011-2012 Award for the best European mobile headphones, so they must be doing something right. Our review set is on the way!
