Rotel DAC Finally Arrives

May 3, 2012

We announced Rotel’s DAC on this site way back in August last year and it’s remained one of the most searched for products on Witchdoctor according to our analytics, so we’re happy to announce that it’s finally available in New Zealand.

The new Rotel DAC features conversion by a Wolfson 24 bit DAC, two sets of coax and optical inputs plus a USB input with remote input selection. It also offers Bluetooth streaming via a supplied Bluetooth dongle. High resolution files up to 24/192 are supported.

It’s available now from specialist dealers at $799 – Witchdoctor reviewer Andrew Baker has one in his hi-fi rack right now, so the review can’t be too far away.
