Sony Introduces 3D Pocket Video Camera

In a move to make 3D more accessible, Sony has released the MHS-FS3K Bloggie pocket video camera, which is the first compact 3D model from the Japanese company.

With a double lens and double image sensors, the 3D Bloggie records Full High Definition 3D (1920 x 1080) MPEG4 video and can also capture five megapixel still images onto its built in 8GB of flash memory. It features a stereo microphone and a 2.4” LED screen. Footage can be played back in 3D on the camera’s screen or by using 3D active glasses on any compatible 3D TV. The 3D Bloggie offers simple, easy to use web sharing capabilities.

The Bloggie MHS-FS3K is available from May 2011 in black only with an RRP of $649.
