iPhone apps shown to be more costly

As if Apple products weren’t already more expensive, analysis has now shown than even iPhone apps cost more than the Android counterpart.

No, it’s not just anti-Apple propaganda. American company Distimo has analysed the apps available, and found that while 57 percent of Android apps are free, only 28 percent of iPhone apps come without cost.

Not that this news will put a dint in the enthusiasm of iPhone users, who don’t seem to mind paying in dribs and drabs for apps that – sometimes at least – turn out to be infinitely cool.

Unfortunately for Android customers, its apps are available in 46 countries, but users in only 13 of those countries are able to download paid apps.

Perhaps Apple and Android should just blend. Someone has already tried blending the iPad, as for this clip. That hurts!

Will it blend?
