A new gaming memory range launches in New Zealand.
The Aussies might crack sheep jokes at us Kiwis, but PC gamers know that adding RAM is one of the cheapest and most effective performance boosters there is. Now PC component maker, PNY is launching their shiny and colourful RGB DDR4 gaming memory in New Zealand.
The folks at PNY say that their XLR8 Gaming RGB will play nice with major motherboard brands and is ready-to-sync with Asus AURA SYNCTM, Gigabyte RGB FUSION 2.0, MSi Mystic Light Sync and ASRock Polychrome SYNC1 for an ultra-high quality RGB experience.
The overclocked modules provide ultra-high performance thanks to industrial-strength overclocking, an efficient heat spreader as well as XMP 2.01 support. According to PNY, XLR8 should deliver zippy performance, high bandwidth and low latencies. All of these add up to big performance gains for improved PC stability and responsiveness.
XLR8 memory uses a Faceted, geometric design on its aluminium head spreaders along with RGB LEDs and frosted light guide lens which provides a wave of continuous colour. The LEDs can be controlled using RGB sync which gives total control of colour and patterns.
