Sony Introduces 3D Pocket Video Camera

In a move to make 3D more accessible, Sony has released the MHS-FS3K Bloggie pocket video camera, which is the first compact 3D model from the Japanese company.

With a double lens and double image sensors, the 3D Bloggie records Full High Definition 3D (1920 x 1080) MPEG4 video and can also capture five megapixel still images onto its built in 8GB of flash memory. It features a stereo microphone and a 2.4โ€ LED screen. Footage can be played back in 3D on the cameraโ€™s screen or by using 3D active glasses on any compatible 3D TV. The 3D Bloggie offers simple, easy to use web sharing capabilities.

The Bloggie MHS-FS3K is available from May 2011 in black only with an RRP of $649.
