Datsuns Death Rattle Prolonged

datsuns_hi_res2.1.1THEY’RE SUPPOSED TO be knocking it on the head. Their latest album was supposed to be their swansong. It’s even called Death Rattle Boogie.

But now the Cambridge-reared quartet has announced a fresh rash of NZ shows this August and September.

The hard rockers, performing here for the first time since 2009, say their tour bus will be taking them to nine cities from Dunedin right up to Whangarei.

DATSUNS_DRB_cover_FINAL9900ebThe group has been touring Europe, the UK and Australia on the back of the Death Rattle Boogie album, which Classic Rock magazine described as “an unbelievable return to the summit of Mount Rawk”.
