DEVIALET โ€“ A BRAND that has seen remarkable success over the last year with a raft of awards and a 500 percent annual growth โ€“ has found a new home in NZ with the local branch of Australian company International Dynamics.

Previously distributed here by Hamilton-based company KJ Distributors, Devialet has been hailed internationally as โ€œthe next revolution in hi-fi.โ€

According to Interdyn, Devialet will soon be launching a new line of Expert PRO integrated amplifiers. โ€œAs inventors of the worldโ€™s best amplification technology, ADH, Devialet is constantly working towards the ultimate perfection, zero distortion. In this passionate quest, they have thoroughly reviewed the electronics of their products and are about to release a new Expert line.โ€

They list a preview of whatโ€™s to come as: โ€œFive new patents, new ADH Intelligence, new Class A voltage amplifier, new Class D current amplifier, new power supply, new thermal management, THD + noise (stereo) <0.00025%, SNR improved by 2.5 dB, ADH loop precision multiplied by 4, transient response 2x faster, thermal exchanges 2 x better.

Then thereโ€™s the highly touted Phantom range of wireless speakers โ€œfeaturing a multitude of patented inventions and revolutionary amplification technologies to offer an unforgettable musical experience. For the first time, the world was offered an ultra-dense sound with a visceral physical impact, no distortion, no saturation and no background noise โ€“ a truly unprecedented level of performance.โ€

We can also expect the world premiere of the Gold Phantom, with 4500 W of power and 108 dB of sound impact, making it eight times more powerful than the Phantom. โ€œGold Phantom reaches some of the lowest frequencies ever emitted (14 Hz) for greater physical impact while delivering crystal-clear high frequencies (27 kHz), all thanks to a new pure titanium tweeter.
