Anathema – Distant Satellites (Kscope) ALBUM REVIEW

August 7, 2014

anathema-distant-satellites-2014-promo-636REVIEWER’S NOTES: ‘LOST Song Part One’ – Orchestral tones, fast percussion, piano figure, swelling drama. ‘Lost Songs Part Two’ – String-laden, sensitive ballad. ‘Dusk (Dark Is Descending)’ – Oh it’s so fucking earnest. Coldplay meets earnest shoegazing goth. Oh so deadly dull, I can’t stand it… TURN IT OFF! GARY STEEL
