What’s Left Of The Jacksons To Play NZ

December 10, 2012

APPARENTLY, THE JACKSONS’ Unity 2012 tour has been a stunning worldwide success. Apparently, that’s why they’re now coming down-under, to play some dates in Australia early 2013, and finally, fetching up at Auckland’s Vector Arena.

It’s being billed as a ‘once-in-a-lifetime reunion show’, and features Jackie, Jermaine, Marlon and Tito Jackson, although the girls are notable by their absence (not that the girls were ever part of the act).

Naturally, they will pay tribute to their dead brother, Michael.

โ€œThis is a dream coming true,โ€ said Jackie Jackson of the tour. โ€œI can’t believe this is finally happening. Thereโ€™s nothing like having all the brothers on stage at the same time. This will be exciting for our fans around the world – and I know at each concert, MJ’s spirit will be in the house with us.โ€

โ€œI am so happy and excited to perform again onstage with my brothers,โ€ says Jermaine Jackson. โ€œI can’t wait to sing all the songs that were so much a part of all of our lives. We are ready and committed to keep the familyโ€™s legacy alive and perform once again with the highest level of excellence, creativity, and most of all, integrityโ€.

Well… that’s what the press release says he said, anyway.

‘The Jacksons’ peroform at Vector Arena, Tuesday 26 March, 2013. Bookings from Ticketmaster, with Visa presale from Thursday 13 December (from 2pm) and general sales from Monday 17 at 9am.

**GENERAL PUBLIC: MONDAY 17TH DECEMBER 2012 @ 9am**
