Transcend has released two new 1TB portable hard-drives in NZ.
Both designed for durability and advertised as having withstood the “drop test”, the StoreJet 25H3P and Storejet 25H2P are both 1TB models, and both have identical purple colouring, but the 25H3P boasts “the superior performance of USB 3.0”, and is promoted as “an ideal option for speed freaks – transfer an entire DVD movie effortlessly in less than a minute.”
Both models are high-capacity, shock-resistant, portable, and with “full backwards compatibility”, they can “access files from nearly any computer”.
Presumably the “nearly” doesn’t include Apple computers.
The Storejet 25H2P is available now, with an RRP of $299. Its faster sister, the 25H3P, comes in a $319.
